My unique background gives me the skill to help small business owners with taxes, estates, and complex transactions. Formerly with the IRS, I prepare expert tax returns. I have created a program that shows you how to pay the lowest legal taxes. I'm also a 2017-2021 Super Lawyer in taxation. I negotiate win-win Contracts for businesses including multimillion-dollar business sales. I am one of a few Accredited Estate Planners in Memphis, specializing in Revocable Living Trusts. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee Business School and law school. I studied at Georgetown University Law School.
